Recent situations have prompted this page--It is unfortunate that we are forced to make such strict guidelines, but as with all things in life, we all have to suffer because of a few who are careless and inconsiderate.
Proceedure for purchasing a Seminole baby is: Once you have decided on a puppy or two, contact us here at Seminole via e-mail or phone. We will make every possible effort to accommodate you.
When your decision is made , payment must be received within 3 business days of sale. If puppy is not old enough to leave the nest, then a deposit of one-half (1/2) of purchase price is required and must also be received in 3 business days. (Deposit is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE) so please be sure of your decision. Please do NOT tell us the payment is in the mail, having us hold the puppy, only to never hear from you again. This is immature, unethical and very unfair to us as well as to other clients interested in same puppy. In the event of unforseen circumstances, deposit may be transferred to another puppy within one year. If something should happen to the puppy (God forbid) and we are not able to transfer the puppy, you will be offered the option of a full refund, or another puppy of your choice.
Final payment must be received at least 10 days prior to release of puppy, unless you are picking up baby and paying cash.
Here at Seminole we go the extra mile to make our clients happy and to accomodate on pick-up or airline shipping. Please extend us the same respect that we offer. Thank you.
