We have gorgeous AKC Registered shih tzu puppies for sale We offer a variety of colors, including solid red puppies, solid black shih tzu puppies, gold with black face, as well as the ever popular red/white, etc. We breed as close to AKC standards as we possible can, and try to produce puppies within the standard size range. However, we do sometimes have the "shih tzu pocket puppies, imperials, imps, teacups" or whatever term one chooses to use for the "smaller than standard size puppy". AKC has only one breed standard for the Shih Tzu Breed.
All "shih tzu puppies" have up to date vaccines, and have a one year replacment health guarantee. All puppies are Ch. sired, or champion parents. Prices are reasonable ($1000-$3500) and are based on quality, markings, gender. We do offer show quality shih tzu puppies to show homes we also offer full registration on a limited individual basis. ****All prices listed are with Limited Registration, which means the shih tzu puppy is being sold as a pet and not for breeding. Training a shih tzu puppy is the same as with any animal. We are all "creatures" of habit, and repetition and persistence is the key to training. Decide what method of training you will use and stick to it. Most breeders and veternarians agree that crate training is a very efficient method of house training. Feeding your shih tzu puppy is of utmost importance. Regular feedings means regular trips to the potty. At least until your puppy understands what you expect. Routine caring for your shih tzu puppy should include regular grooming, eye care, (keep clean and dry) and close attention to ears when bathing. Always blow dry your puppy after bathing. Of course don't fail to get regular veternarian care, and keep all vaccines up to date. A well cared for puppy is usually a healthy and happy puppy.
Airline shipping is available at the buyer's expense. We use Delta Pets First as airline of choice. Shipping arrangements are made first to the convenience of the shih tzu puppy, then to the convenience of the buyer. Shipping fees are usually around $300. This includes new crate, bed and toy for your new puppy. We do not use "ground" transportation. In our opinion, puppy is in transit much too long. Of course, clients are always welcome to visit and pick up their puppy in person.
